
What is Reiki Healing?
Reiki is a form of spiritual healing. It is a Japanese technique administered by the “laying of hands” to increase and engage the life force energy that flows through us. The idea being, if your life force is low, you are likely to have effects including stress, insomnia depression, sickness, etc, which can also manifest itself into physical pain in your body as well. The idea is to heal your spirit through a transfer of energy, from healer to the client.
There are many wonderful benefits of Reiki. Reiki is a very simple process, but usually produces quite profound effects. The main purpose of a reiki treatment is not only to support the physical body, but also to promote a positive mind so you can experience more joy in life.
