Full Moon Healing Circle

The Cancer Full Moon will be at the highest point in the sky on the 17th, placing a magnifying glass over our feelings. This high energy will be felt 2/3 days either side.  You and those around you will become more sensitive and it will be important to gauge your emotional response to any hurdles or upsets you may encounter around this time. Your emotional disposition will vary greatly depending on how well you’ve been taking care of yourself.  

Release any situations, people, or behaviours that are holding you back, try to keep in mind that the changes you seek might manifest more slowly than you’d like. Stay focused on your goals, be patient with yourself, and this cosmic climate should work well for you. So, what better way to spend your Sunday evening but on Killiney Beach collectively raising your vibrations and releasing any tense emotion or anything that his holding you back under the glow of this Full Moon.

There will be:
~ Yoga
~ Meditation
~ Healing Breathwork
~ Reiki Healing

Unfortunately, Breathe with Niall l will be in Poland teaching healing breathwork at Wim Hoff’s Academy however, he will still be sharing our sacred space with us under the same Full Moon from there.
